Gerald Lanza Inc. provides a broad range of design services for both residential and commercial spaces including full interior design and decoration, architectural consultation, and contractor management and oversight services.

Gerald’s intuitiveness to understand his client needs and vision ensures the creation of a unique, comfortable, livable, and functional environment that reflects their own individuality with a refined sense of style. Gerald prides himself on the fact that he only takes on projects where he can be sure he has the time to pay personal attention to each. 

Whether decorating a single room or a penthouse apartment, a cottage or a mansion, Gerald has shown the ability to adapt to differing lifestyles, designs and budgets, always with the same sense of commitment and passion no matter the project size. This commitment, paired with his reputation for being accessible and responsive to his clients, is why so many are ‘repeat’ clients and most new clients are received through recommendation. 

Gerald’s design and decoration career spans more than 30 years during which he has worked with designers hailing from some of the most prestigious design firms in the industry such as Parish-Hadley and McMillen Inc. Wanting to add his own personal touch to his projects, he branched out on his own 25 years ago and has never looked back. While based in Manhattan, he services clients around the country and the world.
